We are pleased to announce that Kingswood has agreed terms to acquire Barry Fleming & Partners, taking the number of acquisitions in 2022 to twelve. The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval.

Barry Fleming & Partners is a Newbury based financial advisory and tax planning business managing £140m of assets under advice on behalf of 350 clients across Berkshire and the surrounding area. The acquisition builds on Kingswood’s presence in the local area through its existing Abingdon office.

The acquisition expands the Kingswood client facing advisory team to in excess of 130 people and funds under advice/management to over £9 billion across both the UK and Ireland. Total assets under advice for Kingswood Group now total over £11.3 billion.
